Taking the step to begin therapy may feel scary yet can be an empowering experience. As a therapist, my goal is to create an atmosphere of safety where difficult thoughts and feelings can be freely explored. As a therapist, I am actively engaged and empathic. I believe the collaboration between therapist and client is fundamental in eliciting growth & change. I believe therapy allows for an opportunity for each person to enhance their overall well-being to live the life they want to live.
