I believe in your ability to overcome the challenges you face, and it’s my job to help you along the way as a compassionate professional.

Therapy may seem like an uncertain proposition. I understand this as someone who has worked with many different populations over the course of seven years. It’s especially difficult for people who were taught to shut away their feelings. I have tools that to help you get pass the issues you’ve struggled with on your own. Perhaps you’re dealing with low self-esteem, motivation, anxiety, or feeling safe. These are real challenges. I promise you though, that you are capable of change and healing.
