I strive to support individuals living with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as anyone seeking to better understand their mental health and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one in which patients feel safe, heard, and respected.
