I employ a multicultural approach, affirming all identities. Welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds with compassion and respect.

I am currently accepting new clients. I offer a versatile range of treatment options including in-office sessions, virtual consultations, or home-based therapy, ensuring accessibility and comfort for all. My passion lies in working with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and embark on a journey of healing and growth. I utilize a holistic approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By integrating these approaches, I tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client, promoting sustainable change and long-term well-being. Central to my therapeutic philosophy is collaboration. I believe in working hand-in-hand with my clients, empowering them to actively participate in their healing process. Together, we will identify and prioritize treatment goals, explore effective coping strategies, and navigate obstacles with resilience and determination.
