Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.

Therapy feels like a really valuable experience to me, where I can offer people a place where they can feel listened to, guided, and supported through the challenges they might be experiencing. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with folks who have ADHD, relationship difficulties, and grief. I enjoy integrating different approaches of therapy in my work with clients, and I tend to pull mostly from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based work. What’s important to me is to find a style that works and resonates with you!
