Connar Mulcahy
(He/Him/His)
Counselor, Pre-Licensed Professional
As a recent college graduate, I know the stress, freedom, and everything in between that college brings. I am here to support you through that journey.
Do you often feel anxious? Are you having a hard time dealing with the big life transition that is college? Are you struggling with your self-esteem and want to feel more confident? Are you finding it difficult to handle all the “stuff” school throws at you in a positive way? If any of these experiences resonate with you, I am here to support you. We all need a place to open up and be treated with compassion and empathy, but at the same time challenged to create change. I can offer you this space by establishing a safe, non-judgmental environment and by collaboratively working on goals to achieve a healthier way of living. I am a recent graduate of college myself, which allows me to better understand and relate to what you might be going through. I believe each person is the captain of their own ship, which is why I plan to meet you where you are and use approaches that are best suited for your individual needs to connect you with your concerns, experiences, and identities.
