Many describe me as compassionate and accepting, providing the validation you need during difficult times in a safe and supportive environment.

At times, life can feel like a puzzle where the pieces just don’t seem to fit. You may be managing stress, carrying emotional pain, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. As your therapist, I’m here to help you make sense of those pieces—bringing clarity, emotional relief, and a new perspective that empowers lasting change. Through a personalized, integrative approach that includes, we’ll go beyond surface-level symptom relief. Our work together is about helping you: Understand and resolve the root causes of distress, not just manage the symptoms; Build emotional regulation tools that support you in everyday life; Feel more in control of your choices, your relationships, and your future; Release old narratives and connect more deeply with your authentic self; Walk away with a stronger sense of confidence, clarity, and direction. I believe that effective therapy meets you exactly where you are, while also helping you grow into where you want to be. Whether navigating anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for deep exploration and meaningful progress. You're ready to start connecting the dots!
