Claire Savage
(She/Her/Hers)
Pre-Licensed Professional
I'm often described as compassionate and open-minded, providing the validation you need during difficult times in a safe, supportive space for healing.
I view therapy as a challenging puzzle, where it sometimes feels like no piece fits quite right. My goal is to help you build that puzzle so the pieces fall into place, bringing clarity and a new perspective. Whether stress, emotional difficulties, or past traumas weigh on you, we can work together using person-centered, experiential, somatic, emotionally focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I'm here to support you as we dive deep into the root of your distress and work through it, so you can move forward with confidence and take control of your life. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology and my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Having grown up just outside of Philadelphia, the city holds a special place in my heart. Outside of sessions, you can find me exploring new coffee shops, attending fun workout classes, or spending time with friends and family. I'm excited to be part of your wellness journey and look forward to working with you.
