I welcome and affirm all identities. I strive to create a safe and responsive space where you can not only feel heard, but valued for who you are.

I believe that therapy is an opportunity for growth and healing. In the past 7 years I have assisted individuals in managing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, pregnancy, substance use, amongst other concerns. l adopt a holistic, collaborative approach, that places authenticity at the forefront of the work we do. This allows us to gain insight into how you can lead the successful, balanced life that you deserve. I focus on relationships, which I believe impacts our sense of connectedness and belonging to our communities. I also place an emphasis on assisting people in advocating for themselves, which sometimes comes in the shape of creating healthier boundaries or learning how to better communicate your needs.
