I am honored to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and decisions.

I approach therapy from a person-centered and strengths-based perspective and work with clients ages 13 and up. I highly value your trust in me, and I will honor and respect you as we build a therapeutic relationship and create a treatment plan together to accomplish your goals. My background and life experiences have informed my practice, and I am passionate about working with people experiencing grief/loss, life adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, military family concerns, general life challenges, and integrating spirituality into the therapeutic process, as desired. I also believe it is critical to take a holistic approach and consider the emotional, mental, spiritual, relational, and physical resources and needs of each client. I look forward to working with you!
