Chloe Monroe
(She/Her/Hers)
Counselor
You have a remarkable amount of power inside of you, and I cannot wait to help you lean into it.
Chloe believes in the power each individual person holds within themself and aims to support clients in believing, accessing, and utilizing this power. She prioritizes growing the therapeutic relationship with her clients and learning how they experience their unique world. She believes this foundation of trust is integral in helping support clients to make desired changes and come to new insights. Ultimately, Chloe meets her clients where they are – bringing an authentic and genuine energy into her room – hoping her clients feel free to do the same. Chloe values collaboration with her clients in forming goals throughout treatment and checking in with the client to see if they feel the therapeutic work is headed towards achieving those goals. Chloe has worked with folks ranging from adolescents to older adults and utilizes these experiences and the knowledge around human nature throughout the lifespan to guide clients through each stage of life or point of transition. She believes that it is never too late to support yourself, change, or grow. She has an extensive background in sport and performance psychology, having worked with many collegiate athletes and teams.
