Dr.Chen Zhou is an ABPN Board certified psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of adults with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. He has a particular interest in working with young adults and people of immigrant backgrounds, but enjoys working with adults of all ages, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Dr. Zhou strives to provide a supportive and safe space for his patients to express and understand themselves in order for them to make positive changes in their lives. He is skilled in both evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy, which incorporates elements of psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Dr. Zhou works with his patients to create a treatment plan that best addresses each person’s unique situation. He is able to meet with you both in person and virtually.
