I help adults and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges through mind-body approaches and whole-person care.

I became a therapist because I believe in the healing power of being seen and heard. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices, and motivational interviewing. I help clients manage emotions, understand patterns, and develop practical coping tools. I’ve supported adolescents, young adults, and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I have a strong interest in young adult and college mental health and especially enjoy helping clients navigate relationships, identity, and emotional growth. With a decade of experience as a registered yoga teacher and training in wellness coaching, I often incorporate mind-body strategies to support stress reduction and self-awareness. My time teaching therapeutic yoga to individuals with Autism and Down syndrome continues to shape how I show up—with patience, flexibility, and care. I aim to create a safe space for reflection, clarity, and real change.
