Welcome! I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming, BIPOC affirming, and sex positive therapist. I work with families, couples/relationships, teens, and individuals.

Families, couples, teens, and individuals I work with come to therapy looking to improve their relationships. They want to break out of unhelpful patterns, work through loss, grief, or traumatic experiences. Some are navigating through challenges with identity, culture, power, and privilege at their schools, works, and communities. They are brave, caring individuals that want to use therapy as a support to get to where they want to be. If these feel relatable, I’m here for you and we will work through it together. I embrace the human in all of us and strive to create a space where you feel seen and understood. Our work will include exploring our brain-mind-body connections, using creative plays to connect to emotional experiences, building compassion for our inner selves, and solution-focused interventions. The process of finding a therapist that is fitting for you can be taxing, I’ve been there and I feel you. If you think we could be a good fit, please feel free to reach out.
