Caroline Rymer

Hello! I specialize in working with females ages seven and older, including new mothers and college students. I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and stress/pressure. My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning I strive to understand where the strengths of a person are and how their mind communicates. My sessions are collaborative, explorative, and educational. I believe establishing a genuine connection with people motivates helpful change. In my free time, I enjoy exploring Richmond’s coffee shops and walking along the James River! I provide telehealth, in-person, and walk-and-talk sessions out of the Richmond office.
