I welcome and affirm clients of all identities and backgrounds in my practice.

I am looking forward to meeting you. I have been in practice for 8 years, primarily in a community-based setting. I have experience with individuals, couples and families who have had a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, and anger management issues, just to name a few. I am certified in the basic level of EMDR therapy and use a number of evidence-based therapies.
