Individual counseling to navigating life transitions. Supporting people-pleasers, family caregivers, and helping professionals to increase confidence.

I provide individual counseling for adults, often working with family caregivers, helping professionals, and healers. Counseling is an opportunity for you to focus on yourself. By getting clear about what's important to you, you can improve your work/life balance and live more intentionally. I can help you explore patterns in your life and create healthier boundaries. Using a solutions-focused approach I can help you focus on using your strengths to meet your goals. Mindfulness practices can help you cope with stress and anxiety. I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and I regularly check-in about the work we are doing together.
