Brooke Barker

Brooke helps with depression, anxiety, adjustment concerns, academic issues, self-esteem, identity exploration, stress, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, patient-centered, strengths-based, and creative, considering each patient's unique experiences, culture, and background. Brooke uses cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and insight-driven communication to promote self-awareness, reflection, growth, and healing. She aims to meet patients where they are and strives to work together to develop tools and strategies that empower and create confidence and effectiveness. Brooke was inspired by her own mental health journey and therapy and its ability to transform her relationship with herself, others, and the world around her. She enjoys traveling, live music, running, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
