I have experience with children as young as 3, through all ages and stages of life. I utilize DBT, CBT, Adlerian therapy, mindfulness, and strengths based counseling. Through my work as a Licensed School Counselor, I gained invaluable insight into stress, interpersonal relationships, self-worth, self-esteem, work-life balance, and burn out. I received my Educational Specialist Degree in counseling from Kent State University and previously received my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Akron. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed School Counselor I am a member of Chi Sigma Iota National Honor Society and am dedicated to best practices and continued education. I have received additional training in trauma, neurobiology, sand tray therapy, and opioid use prevention. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, yoga, reading, board games, movies, and spending time with my family. I am dedicated to working with clients at Middle Path toward growth and goals.
