I can't wait to help your child, adolescent, or teen improve their confidence, self-esteem, and overcome any challenging behavior for home and school.

Children and teens these days experience real emotions and hardships that they are not always equipped to handle. I hope to help your child or teen work through tough situations, learn to regulate and express their emotions appropriately, and develop skills that will help them with relationships at home, improve their behavior at home and school, and increase their engagement in school. I have experience working with youth with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder, learning and developmental disabilities, and behavior and conduct disorders. I use a combination of evidence based practices and trauma informed approach, depending on the needs of the client. I have 7 years experience in school social work and can help problem-solve challenging school behavior and help parents navigate the special education system.
