We are excited to welcome you to our clinic, where over sixteen experienced therapists are dedicated to providing personalized and effective mental health care. Our team is committed to helping UC Santa Cruz students navigate their challenges and achieve their personal and academic goals. We offer both in-person and remote sessions to accommodate your needs. Our specialties include career counseling, addiction and substance abuse treatment, behavioral and emotional issues, relationship and identity concerns, mood disorders, anxiety management, and much more. We utilize a variety of therapy types, including Integrative Therapeutic Methods, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, and many others. At our clinic, we approach treatment from a strength’s perspective, using evidence-based strategies to collaboratively set goals that meet your individual needs. We welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
Practice hours (CDT)
Accepts new patients after hospitalization for
- Manic episodes
- Severe depression
- Escalating reckless or impulsive behavior
- Substance use
- Severe emotional stress or trauma
Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
Adjusts scheduling to accommodate new clients after their hospitalization.
