Bethany Davison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Health from Columbia University. With over a decade of experience working in community mental health, primarily with low-income individuals, she has developed an ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to facilitate personal growth. By building a solid therapeutic bond, Bethany helps individuals explore and connect with their most authentic selves. Her methods are person-centered and emphasize an anti-oppressive lens. She employs a holistic approach incorporating psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and harm reduction techniques. Bethany has a passion for serving members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
