Clients have described me as empathic, understanding, non-judgmental, and patient. I take a collaborative approach with with clients to get a clearer understanding of thought processes, behaviors, emotions, and personal experiences and their impact in various aspects of your life. I provide an open space for you to feel accepted, safe, and comfortable. I use a variety of therapy styles based on the needs of each client. I place a heavy focus on attachment theory, culturally responsive, and neurodiversity- affirming care. I am an independent contractor with Numa Psychotherapy and see clients for individual therapy both in person and via telehealth.
