My intention is for you to feel safe bringing all parts of yourself into our sessions. All of you - all feelings, all identities - are welcome.

I appreciate and enjoy working with those who have been impacted by trauma. Besides veterans and military family members, I enjoy working with LGBTQ populations, those with Anger issues, Chronic and Terminal illness, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Life transitions, Grief, Men's issues, and those struggling with substance abuse and addiction issues. As a Trauma Informed therapist, I work to be aware of the complex impact of trauma (any perceived trauma) on a person’s suffering and how it shapes a person’s efforts to cope. I am also an approved clinician to work with Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP)s by Dr. Elaine Aaron.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level II Graduate

The Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute

IFS is a transformative tool that conceives every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts lead by a core Self. We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing. Just like members of a family, inner parts are forced from their valuable states into extreme roles within us. Self is in everyone. It can’t be damaged. It knows how to heal.
