(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Creative art therapist helping ADHD pros find ease & clarity. Trauma-informed, faith-rooted, and all about real growth with heart & humor.
Hi, I’m Aubrey—an art therapist and counselor specializing in helping adults with ADHD navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. My approach is grounded in creativity, mindfulness, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I bring humor, honesty, and heart into every session, creating a space where you can be real, feel seen, and start to grow—on your terms. In our work together, we’ll explore the intersection of emotions, habits, and identity using both talk and art-based approaches. You don’t need to be “artistic”—just open to exploring. I blend evidence-based tools like DBT with experiential techniques that engage your senses, helping you access your inner wisdom and regulate more effectively. What makes my practice unique? I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals who feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck. I offer flexible support, including structured journals, creative assignments, and weekly grounding rituals to keep you aligned between sessions. This is a space for your full self—neurodivergence and all. You’re not too much here. You’re just right.
