I take a trauma-informed and holistic approach when working with clients.

I am a Board Certified Art Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with more than 8 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals in the Tallahassee area. I am an integrative therapist and draw on aspects of mindfulness-based approaches, somatic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, grief, pet loss, adjustment issues, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ concerns, and identity development. I have a special interest in working with individuals with a history of childhood trauma. I work with individuals 18 years of age and older.
