Ashley Elgart

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with over 10 years experience counseling adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I counsel those facing a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and stress-related issues, relationships/marital problems, and professional struggles. Additionally, I have extensive experience helping people cope with chronic health issues, substance abuse, as well grief/bereavement. I am passionate about working with college students. I work to create a safe space, free of judgement, to explore your history and gain insight into areas where you feel challenged. I believe that a healthy, trusting relationship that develops between the client and therapist is crucial to the therapeutic process and the treatment outcome.
