I currently work with adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, and relational issues. I have found the approach of CBT and DBT to be incredibly impactful. I would love the opportunity to work alongside you to not only share these coping skills, but also be a caring, listening ear.
