I welcome and affirm all identities and specialize in Clinical Trauma, racial trauma, multicultural experiences, and systemic and oppression issues.

I look forward to meeting with you. My approach is warm, accepting, and interactive. My focus is to try to ask the right questions so that the clients can find the answers inside, thereby creating a space for my clients to be their authentic selves. My goal in therapy is to get my clients to sit, feel, and experience their emotions and help equip them with the skills needed. My clientele spans all ages, teens, young adults, and adults. Clients come to me because they struggle with a symptom calling them to begin examining their lives. My clients struggle with anxiety, depression, family conflict, disordered eating, or difficulty allowing closeness in their relationships. My focus of concentration and training includes both clinical trauma and adolescent therapy. As a multiracial therapist of color, I bring a multicultural approach to my work and our practice. I work to address any environmental, racial, intergenerational, and ancestral traumas experienced by the client.
