(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I provide trauma therapy for folx who are looking to heal from the past and fully live in the present. Connection with yourself and others is possible.
Are you stuck? Is there a situation or relationship that happened in the past, but you can't seem to get beyond it? You've tried moving past it but it keeps bubbling up to the present. If talk therapy or handling it on your own hasn't helped, I may be able to help. EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Brainspotting can help you reprocess and move beyond those stuck points. EMDR and Brainspotting are types of therapy that are brain/body based that can help you move forward and find freedom and peace. Clients find me warm, compassionate and kind in our work together. You don't have to heal alone, reach out today for a free consult.

Being a certified EMDR therapist means that I have done at least 50 sessions with 25 clients under the supervision of an approved EMDR consultant. It also ensures that I am getting continuing education specificially geared towards enhancing and growing my skills as an EMDR therapist.

The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program provides foundation in the cognitive behavioral therapy model and accompanying theory. Emphasis is placed on learning to use the cognitive therapy model to specifically treat various issues and clinical disorders. Participants are taught how to apply cognitive therapy techniques in both psychotherapy practice, as well as in other social work settings such as child welfare, schools, foster care, case management, aging, and hospital social work.

This program had a clinical focus on the patient’s inner world, the therapeutic relationship, and how these variables interact with the patient’s social environment.
