I have been fortunate to work in various roles over the course of my 25 plus years in the behavioral health field and to also gain training in evidence based practices that specifically treat anxiety, trauma and depression. I am committed to helping clients learn skills to improve their well-being and to find their joy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that we work together as a team.
