My professional goal is always to meet you exactly where you are and respect who you are. My style is laid-back, yet tailored to what you need.

Are you struggling with anxiety, long-term trauma, intrusive thoughts, or navigating big life transitions? Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of your identity, a neurodivergent individual facing daily challenges, or an adult experiencing relationship struggles, it can be overwhelming to make progress alone. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or frustrated with your current situation. But you’re ready for change. You’re ready to feel more grounded, find clarity, and experience stronger relationships. Most of all, you’re ready to create lasting peace and self-acceptance. I specialize in working with individuals 10 years and older, including neurodivergent clients. My approach is integrative, blending Internal Family Systems, Client-Centered therapy, Gestalt, Humanistic principles, somatic work, and some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Clients come to me for a compassionate, client-focused that feels both safe and empowering. I’ll meet you where you are and offer the support you need to heal and grow. Through a combination of deep self-exploration, internal awareness, and practical tools, so you can find peace and create lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone.
