I am committed to seeing potential and value in all people from a collaborative approach.

I am committed to seeing potential and value in all people from a collaborative and strengths-based approach. I am an LGBTQIA ally passionate about treating complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and relationship / family conflict. I accept individual/couple clients ages 18 and older and families with children at least 10 years of age. My non-judgmental, accepting approach creates a welcoming and safe place where you can explore and work toward your personal mental health goals. I will allow you to teach me about the things that are most important to you and that is where we will begin. If I am not the right therapist for you, I will offer referrals to make sure you receive the treatment that is best for you. My focus is to help individuals, couples and families heal, energize, and become aware of their strengths to achieve their personal mental health goals. I see my role as coming alongside my clients to draw out the resources that might be hidden from trauma, shame or difficult circumstances like grief and loss. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in traditional talk therapy and am trained in EMDR and Gottman Level 2.
