Psychologist
In therapy, we can eliminate stress, build pride, and improve relationships - but everyone's different, so therapy will be tailored to you
You still might not be sure how therapy helps. Especially with a “psychologist” who uses “air quotes” so “unnecessarily.” You might not trust someone who you think "wants to fix” you. I get it. But therapy is your space. You get to use it however you please. Most people come into therapy feeling disconnected from themselves or other people. Here, you'll learn to understand yourself, your values, and all of the diverse identities that go into making you, you. You will learn to validate yourself and feel proud of who you are. No matter what you choose to explore you will leave our time in therapy with pride. Ready to take the next step for yourself or your family? Come in to Singh Psychology and meet with me. If you think we could get along, then we can talk more in depth about what you want to get out of therapy and how exactly we can get you there.
