My goal for you is to be happy, healthy, and safe - whatever that looks like for you. I can help you understand yourself and have a life worth living.

Things are hard right now. You're here because you want things to be different and don't quite know how to make that happen. I want to help you feel hopeful, powerful, and in control of your life. Whether you're feeling pain from trauma/abuse, engaging in behaviors that are no longer working for your life (self-harming, disordered eating, interpersonal behaviors), or struggling with relationships, I can help. I have a person-centered approach so I can meet you at your current point in life and support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in using Dialectical Behavior Therapy to treat Borderline Personality Disorder and emotional dysregulation. I also specialize in treating trauma, abuse, dissociation, DID, mood disorders, conversion disorder, and suicidality. I have extensive training in EMDR to help process trauma. I can teach you how to manage big emotions - how to be in control of your emotions, rather than having your emotions control you. I am not easily scared and look forward to doing the work of therapy with you.
