I am a psychologist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relational and academic difficulties, and self-esteem.

I aim to deepen my understanding of each person’s unique experience with warmth and compassion, helping individuals gain insight into themselves, and allowing them to confidently navigate life’s challenges. I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, families, and couples, and works with individuals of all ethnic backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations. My specialties include helping people process past trauma, and work through anxiety, depression, OCD, life events, and relationship difficulties. I approach therapy from a psychodynamic perspective while also implementing evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
