Winter Groeschl is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate in providing a weight neutral, inclusive approach in working with individuals of all ages. Winter is competent in providing care and support for those facing eating disorders, addiction, codependency, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. She uses an integration of modalities and inclusive approaches with her clients, pulling from CBT, DBT, and Client Centered modalities. Her vision is to assist each client in exploring their true self while connecting to their immense capacity for growth, a restored sense of self, and a consistent feeling of empowerment in all that they do. Winter has experience working at all levels of care within the mental health system. After graduating from Arizona State University (ASU) with a Masters in Counseling, passionate in her work with LGBTQIA as an affirming provider. I am excited to assist you in your journey!
