Supporting young adults through anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and relationship challenges with warmth, humor, and evidence-based care.

Navigating your 20s can be complicated—relationships, career decisions, and personal growth all come with challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or past trauma, therapy is a place to make sense of it all. Together, we’ll explore patterns, develop coping strategies, and build on your strengths to create meaningful change. I specialize in substance use treatment and have worked in clinical research and residential settings, helping individuals find recovery and stability. I also work with clients facing relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-doubt. My approach is collaborative and practical, blending DBT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. I also incorporate parts work when helpful. With a warm, lighthearted style, I believe therapy should feel both productive and comfortable. You are the expert in your own life—I'm here to help you access the tools to move forward with confidence.
