We will work together to explore life challenges by identifying your personal strengths & coping strategies, and by helping you to see things in your life from a different lens I am licensed to practice with people who are in: NY, NJ, PA, VT, RI, ID, DE, SC, FL. I work with individuals and couples/relationships of various configurations. Some of my areas of specialty include: adjustment to college life and independent living, various life transitions, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, etc.), 2e (twice exceptional individuals), gender-affirming support for transgender and nonbinary individuals, LGBTQIA+, identity exploration, coming out, family, friendships and relationships, break-ups, self-esteem, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, living with chronic medical and mental health conditions (including dynamic disabilities). Session fees: $240 for a 45 min individual session; $280 for 45-min couple/relationship therapy; $80 for each additional 15-min. 90-min intakes.
