As a therapist, I have been providing mental health services in outpatient and in-home settings since 2020. My practice encompasses individuals, couples, groups, and families, addressing a range of concerns including ADHD, anger management, borderline personality disorder (BPD), depression, and generalized anxiety disorder. I am a practitioner of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), which is a specialized approach designed to facilitate the brain’s natural healing processes to assist individuals in processing distressing memories and experiences. I have found EMDR to be life-changing for many of my patients, as it is not just about relieving symptoms; it aims to address the root cause of psychological distress, fostering profound healing and resolution. My goal is to support, educate, advocate, and provide interventions and knowledge to those seeking my services. I am dedicated to helping each person I work with navigate their past traumas and memories, as well as their present and future challenges. I employ various therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, specifically ACT, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and internal family systems. In the therapeutic relationship, my focus is solely on the patient, providing a safe and supportive environment for their healing journey.
