The stories we tell ourselves can be rewritten. What do you want your story to be?

Dr. Sadeh enjoys working with adults who want to understand themselves better, leverage the natural healing abilities of the mind and body, and recover from hurtful experiences that get in the way of living life fully. Some clients seek help because they want to prevent a problem from developing; some clients need help for mild life difficulties and others clients seek Dr. Sadeh for treatment for complex clinical conditions like trauma and dissociation. All are welcome. Dr. Sadeh was a litigation lawyer and now she is a licensed psychologist with EMDR certification. She utilizes the positive psychology of Internal Family Systems to enhance self-leadership and self-healing. Because of her diverse professional background, Dr. Sadeh is especially effective with high-performing/high-achieving individuals with special talents. Everyone deserves to feel safe, to be comfortable in their bodies, to know themselves, and to have meaningful, satisfying relationships. Change is hard but worth it. Dr. Sadeh provides a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide if she may be a good fit for your situation.
