I prioritize the relationship with my clients above any tool, or technique. As a result, I have seen my clients change and have witnessed their transformation. I have worked with individuals who have suffered tremendously--many for most of their lives. It is also a privilege to serve those who are simply stuck and have difficulty taking the next step in life. I consider it an honor to help guide individuals into their own strength and wisdom. My approach to therapy is primarily shaped by Carl Jung, Peter Levine, and Jon Kabat-Zinn. In addition to my focus on connection, I am professionally trained to offer evidence-based treatments: MBSR/MBCT, EMDR, DBT, SE, and more.Wait time for appointment: 2-4 weeks.
