Ready to live a life guided by your values? Let's explore together.

As a wife to a professor, mother to a neurodivergent child, and a neurodivergent individual myself, I deeply understand the unique challenges and joys of navigating life's complexities. My personal experiences, including navigating divorce, high-conflict co-parenting, and the challenges of cross-cultural communication as an immigrant, have provided me with valuable insights into the human experience. I am passionate about helping individuals and families overcome obstacles and build fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am well-versed in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It's never too late to make you a priority again. We’ll compassionately work through life areas that matter to you the most. This leads to actionable steps that make massive changes in your life. Therapy is a tangible way to work through your emotions and thoughts. Call today to set up your free consultation.
