I offer counseling to promote optimal mental and emotional health goals, explore moods and behaviors and provide fresh perspectives for stress reduction.

I look forward to assisting you in your journey to explore your specific situation and goals. I have been working with U of I students since 2014 by helping to determine how an individual handles stress, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making. This includes your ability to enjoy life and to create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve your educational goals. I can assist you in your individual capacity to feel, think, and act in ways to achieve a better quality of life while respecting the personal, social, and cultural boundaries.
