Answering the big and small questions of life can be equally challenging and fun, and I would be honored to walk beside you on your path to growth.

I believe that all people have the capacity to change and heal when in a safe, encouraging environment. Oftentimes we feel anxious and or distressed when our actions don’t align with our core values. By bringing these values to the surface, we can examine the choices available to us that give our lives a greater sense of meaning and purpose. My style of counseling often utilizes humor, perspective-taking, and focus on connecting authentically and non-judgmentally in the therapeutic relationship.
