Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.

I'm dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment that sparks curiosity and nurtures healing in the space we co-create. I recognize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and tailor my approach to meet my clients’ unique needs. I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me by sharing their stories, and I love the opportunity to be a part of their journey. It’s very meaningful to witness the challenge, growth, and healing that happens in the therapy space. My work spans various concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I offer an individualized, client-centered approach. I’m eager to meet clients where they are and start from there. I use an integrative approach that combines techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness models. I approach my practice with a social justice and trauma-informed lens.
