Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.

In my work as a therapist, I try to create a trusting, non-judgmental, and warm environment where all thoughts and feelings can be welcomed and explored. Some of my specialties include trauma, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, depression, substance use, HIV psychology, immigration, and chronic illness. I value empathy, curiosity, and authenticity, so I'm committed to building a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported. My goal is to work with you to get to know each other, highlight what you have been doing well in your life, what areas that you want to strengthen, and to help make that happen with you. I integrate multiple treatment models in my work to personalize care for individuals. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy to connect with you and find what approaches resonate best with you and your current needs.
