Hi, I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience and a passion for mental health. Growing up around mental health and substance use challenges, I developed a deep curiosity about people and what shapes their journeys. Today, I channel that curiosity into helping others, especially those navigating the intersection of ADHD and complex trauma. I know how overwhelming it can be to take that first step toward healing, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll work together to understand the impact of your experiences and set treatment goals that evolve with you. My approach is grounded in whole-person care. I don’t just focus on symptoms; I work to understand how every aspect of your life is affected. Whether you're dealing with trauma, ADHD, or both, I offer personalized care through therapy and medication management, aiming to empower you to move out of survival mode and into a life where you feel connected, present, and fulfilled.
