Natalie Barbato

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have been providing therapy services for three years in private practice and outpatient treatment settings. I see teens, adults, and seniors and address ADHD, addiction/substance abuse, adjustment disorder, anxiety, depression, life transitions, generalized anxiety disorder, grief, panic attacks. I take a mostly client-centered approach with my clients and strive to make sessions tailored to their individual needs. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to process life's challenges and to provide unconditional Support. I take a collaborative approach with clients to identify the efficacy of their current coping strategies and to help them explore new ones. I encourage clients to view therapy as a chance for things to be all about them and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for them to be their authentic selves.
