I am a trained marriage and family therapist that has 18 years of experience working with couples, families, and individual work through different traumas

I have experience working with individuals and families struggling with addictions of all types, couples counseling with the above and other issues like infidelity, communication issues, healing from childhood trauma that might be affecting their relationships. I also work with people who are struggling with past trauma and want to heal. I have experience also working with individuals who struggle with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and other mental health disorders. I also specialize in working with people who are struggling with co-dependency issues caused from childhood trauma. I also work with children 8 to adults who are going through transitions like divorce and loss.
