(She/Her/Hers)
Psychologist
I support clients of all backgrounds, with a focus on Asian American, immigrant, and BIPOC communities, using a culturally responsive approach.
Welcome! I work with individual adults (18+) on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relational and family concerns, career/life transitions, stress management, chronic health concerns, and impact of intergenerational and complex trauma. Whether you're navigating a challenging moment, feeling stuck, or striving to reach your potential, my goal is to collaborate with you in a way that builds trust, empowers change, and supports your journey. Together, we'll explore underlying patterns, foster self-compassion, identify strengths, and develop skills that align with your values and goals. I integrate relational and insight-oriented approaches, which means I focus on helping you explore and understand patterns contributing to your concerns. By gaining deeper awareness, you can then decide on the changes you'd like to make. I pull from other approaches as needed and value the mind-body connection to healing, growth, and wellness. I support clients of all backgrounds, with a focus on Asian American, immigrant, and BIPOC communities, while tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
